Returns
If you change your mind about any of the items purchased from our website, we do accept returns for refunds on the following terms:
- Unwanted items are returned within 14 days of the order being delivered to you. Any items returned after 14 days of delivery will be rejected and we will send the returns back or ask you to either collect the items.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- There must be no transfer of make-up or any stains or damages to the unwanted items.
- All original tags and labels must still be intact as originally sent out. If these have been removed or tampered with in any way, the return will be rejected.
- All online orders come with a security red or white ribbon. If this has been removed in any way, the return will be rejected.
- Please provide information on the return so we can identify the order we need to refund including: Order number; name and reason for return.
- We do not accept returns of leggings due to Health and Hygiene reasons.
- Please note, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Please note: If the above guidelines are not met, the return will be rejected and sent back.
We will refund the price that you paid for the items taking into account any discounts or promotions applied when you first purchased the items.
The refund does not include any delivery or return postal charges you have paid.
We do not offer any exchanges for online orders.
FREE SHIPPING – From time to time we may have Free shipping offers on website. e.g. Free shipping for orders on £100 or over . If any item is returned after availing free shipping then shipping charges will be applied to the order as standard according to weight of an item from £6.99 to £8.99. After deducting shipping refund will be processed. ( This only applies to customers who avail free shipping )
We do not accept online returns in-store. All parcels will need to sent back to the Head Office for processing the returns. Please follow the instructions below.
The refund will be processed via the same method of order payment.
Please allow us up to 21 working days (excluding the weekends and any bank/national holidays) on receiving the parcel to process your refund.
Please note that this policy only applies to items you have purchased online.
For Items purchased from Other Sources, you will need to check the returns policies of the applicable source.
Please follow these steps to return an item.
Please return all unwanted items in its original packaging, original condition, labels intact and security ribbon intact and not tampered, with a copy of invoice stating reason of return. This is important to follow or may delay or reject the return.

We recommend recorded delivery and the sender must retain proof of postage until the refund is processed.
